i think is its a bug or something
on5/6/09 morning i try open my character at 8.00 am ++ i cannot log in
but at 10.00 am ++ i try log in again i can log in le!
when i go pvp and i wanna change my katar i only know my katar already dissapere!!!!

I would assume that you need to post screenshots of your having said jur in your inventory previously as proof.

I meant, you need to have proof that you owned this jur. Like a screenshot of it in your equipment slot/inventory from before it was lost or something.

In most servers, this is actually standard practice, SS is the best proof that you had an item that disappeared >.>

Yes,you need to have SS before claim back your item .. Try to find them in Screenshot folder,maybe there's have some accidently capture of picture that can proof that you really own the card .. If without any SS , we can say that you're making story to get those item QQ..Btw the final decision falls on gm himself , depends on he/she wants to accept your request or not.
